This service has been created for those trademarks registered under multiple class codes. If you have only 1 class code this service is not for you. You will just need to request the Certificate of Registration off of our website which can be found at this website: Business Registration Search

You will need to email our office requesting the Trademark Long-form Certificate of Registration, in the email you will need to include the entity number of the trademark and/or title of the trademark.
