Annual Report/Renewal Guide
All registered business entities are required to file an annual report (also known as a renewal) to maintain an active status. Please follow the updated instructions below to complete your filing in the new registration system.

Renew a Business
- Log in to businessregistration.utah.gov using your UtahID. If you do not have an account, you will be directed to create one.
- Once logged in, click Renewals from the menu on the left and select the appropriate option.
- Enter your Entity Name or Entity Number, then click Search.
- Select your business using the radio button and click Next. Helpful Hint: If there are no changes to your report, simply click "Next" until you reach the Signature Page.
- On the Signature Page, select the box next to each statement to confirm you have read it. Then, enter your name and title before clicking Next. Helpful Hint: If you're a director signing on behalf of a nonprofit corporation, all directors must sign.
- Scroll to the bottom of the Review Page and click Add to Shopping Cart.
- Click Make Payment and enter your payment information. Click Complete to submit your filing.
