Annual Report/Renewal Guide

All registered business entities are required to file an annual report (also known as a renewal) to maintain an active status. Please follow the updated instructions below to complete your filing in the new registration system.

Renew a Business

  1. Log in to businessregistration.utah.gov using your UtahID. If you do not have an account, you will be directed to create one.
  2. Once logged in, click Renewals from the menu on the left and select the appropriate option.
  3. Enter your Entity Name or Entity Number, then click Search.
  4. Select your business using the radio button and click Next. Helpful Hint: If there are no changes to your report, simply click "Next" until you reach the Signature Page.
  5. On the Signature Page, select the box next to each statement to confirm you have read it. Then, enter your name and title before clicking Next. Helpful Hint: If you're a director signing on behalf of a nonprofit corporation, all directors must sign.
  6. Scroll to the bottom of the Review Page and click Add to Shopping Cart.
  7. Click Make Payment and enter your payment information. Click Complete to submit your filing.
