2004 Legislation

Effective May 3rd, 2004, the Legislature has prospectively repealed the Corporation Sole Law. No new Corporation Sole filings will be accepted by the Division.

The Government Entity Database will be available to search on July 1, 2004.   Prior to that date, the Division will be mailing notice and instruction to those Government Entities needing to enter their information in to the database.
