Renewal Process

The Division of Corporations and Commercial Code provides online services for filing your annual report/renewal. We hope that you find this service very helpful and convenient.

You will need a UtahID account to file on an existing business. If you don't already have a UtahID, you can create one here. Once you have a UtahID, you can log onto the online portal. 

These instructions presently apply to all entity renewals except DBAs.

• • Click here  to access the new business registration system.
  • Login to the system using your UtahID Account.
  • Once logged in, click "Annual Report/Renewal" located on the left of your Dashboard and select the appropriate filing option.
  • Enter the name or entity number into the correct field and click "Search".
  • Select the bubble next to the entity you are filing on and then click "Select", then click "Next".
  • Continue following online steps as directed.

IMPORTANT:  For entities that existed prior to September 16, 2024, the "Filing Authority" is a security feature that is optional. This security feature does not have to be activated to make changes or file documents for an entity.
