SB 36 Utah Revised Business Corporation Act Amendments Related to Transfer of Corporations (effective date: May 8, 2012):
This bill modifies the Utah Revised Business Corporation Act to allow for domestic corporations to transfer to another state.
SB 256 Unincorporated Business Entities Act Amendments (effective date see below):
This bill modifies the Unincorporated Business Entities Act and uncodified material to extend the effective date of the enactment of the Unincorporated Business Entities Act. It has a delayed effective date of July 1, 2013 for new filings and January 1, 2015 for existing entities to come in to compliance.
HB 295 Trademark Renewal Revisions(effective date: May 8, 2012):
This bill modifies a provision relating to the renewal of a trademark registration.
